The Todesco Palace is a palace located directly across from the Vienna State Opera. It houses the royal café "Gerstner," which is often mentioned in tourist guides. The restaurant space on the third floor is very nice with its sophisticated interior, and is the perfect location for a wedding ceremony, reception, or post-wedding lunch/dinner. 

 

Gerstner is known for its royal cakes, which are said to have been a favorite of Empress Elisabeth, Sisi. If you hold your wedding reception here, you have as much cake as you like after the meal.
