How to Place an Order
2. Quote
We will send you the estimated price based on your request form. We will explain the details, via Line, Zoom, FaceTime, and etc.
3. Contract
If you agree with the price, we will send you a contract. When you send us the signed contract, you officially assign us as your wedding planner.
4. Communication
We use E-mail, Line, Zoo, FaceTime, etc as communication tools to proceed the wedding/photo wedding planning.
1. Inquiry
First of all, please contact us using the Quote Request Form (wedding, photo wedding).
5. Invoice
After we receive the signed contract, we will send you the invoice for an advance payment. The balance will be billed after the wedding/photo wedding.
6. Payment
We accept the payment only in Euros via bank transfer. For your information, most of our international customers who live outside of the EU use the internet remittance service called "Wise."
7. Meeting in Vienna
After you arrive in Vienna, we will make a final meeting at the hotel etc. on the day before the wedding/photo wedding.

Cancellation
The advance payment is non-refundable, but can be carried forward in case of postponement. Regarding the balance, if, for example the government takes a travel ban, we will respond as flexibly as possible, and we will try to refund as much as possible after negotiating with each creator.
Wedding Dates
We cannot arrange your wedding/photo wedding on the day of your arrival in Vienna or on the day.
Use of Data
In case you would not like the photographer, videographer, or us use your photo and/or video data in the respective advertising media (website, SNS, brochure, etc.), you need to notify us in writing before the contract.
Data Delivery
Photo/video data will be delivered by the download link to your e-mail address in about 4 weeks (maximum 8 weeks) after the shooting.
Wedding Gown
We recommend that you bring your wedding gown from your country if possible. You can rent it here, but wedding dresses are usually from European size 36 and tuxedos from European size 44. Please note that the shoes and accessories cannot be rented here, so please bring them with you.
Shooting Time
The travel time between shooting locations is included in the shooting time.
Locations
If it is not possible to shoot outdoors due to the weather, we will change the shooting location after asking you on site. In addition, we may not be able to meet your request due to the facility renovation work or others. Also, shootings may not be allowed at the hotel you are staying, but it depends on the hotel.
Hotel
If your hotel is located outside of Vienna, transfer fee may be higher.
